LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Objective The purpose of this program is to enhance participants leadership skills in order to increase their effectiveness within the organization. This will include a combination of:
The exact content of this program is customized to the core competencies, values and needs of your organization. It can be designed as 3-5 day program or a curriculum based design over a period of one year to 18 months. Program Focus includes: Leadership roles and styles Motivating individuals Leading teams Communication skills necessary for effective leadership Leading change Performance coaching
Methodology Action learning, small group discussions, simulations, role-playing, skills practice, peer feedback and self-assessment instruments form the basis of the methodology. This program is highly interactive and pragmatic. Pre-work such as a 360 degree feedback instrument can also be included. Participants will use key learning's to design solutions to challenges they face so they can apply this knowledge back on their job. |
