Objective: To improve the overall effectiveness of an executive via a system of procedures to organize their daily schedule, work flow, filing systems, communications, and assistants responsibilities.

Method: A full day spent with a personalized consultant to help design a unique organization system tailored to the executives individual needs and position. The day will include a complete review of the executives responsibilities and interaction with their assistant, their filing systems and office organization. A written plan will be developed as a result of this day. A ½ day follow-up meeting 3 months later will be scheduled to track progress. The consultant will also be available to speak to the assistant and the manager for follow-up.
