Steven M. Sperling is the Director of the Executive Development
Group, LLC. He has had over 20 years experience in the
human resources field including extensive experience in Executive Development, Leadership
Development, Team Building, Needs Analysis, Program Development, Assessments, Career
Development, Succession Planning, Performance Appraisal Systems and Managing Corporate
Change.
Dr. Sperling specializes in helping organizations to meet today's
challenges by designing and providing Individual Leadership and Team Development programs
for key executives, high potential managers, and human resources professionals. He
has also provided consultation on Selection and Assessment Procedures, Succession
Planning, Career Development and Performance Appraisal systems.
Originally trained in the Human Resources Department of AT&T, his
activities have included work in the areas of Executive Coaching with senior level
executives, Global Business Team Alignment, Assessment Centers, as well as Career
Counseling with individuals from a broad spectrum of clients including consumer products,
manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and financial institutions.
Dr. Sperling has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New
York University and a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University.
